The About Us Journey
In my early years, I unwittingly delved into the depths of introspection, shouldering responsibilities that eclipsed my childhood due to my parents' divorce. This unintentional start to my journey led me to question my thoughts and emotions, initially drawn towards what I believed to be a spiritual path, yet not fully comprehending the concept of shadow work.
Initially thinking Shadow Work was demonic, it's not; it's more about self-love and not being afraid to face your past fears and traumas to heal your inner child. Once you begin the work, we're not here to tell you it's easy, yet emotions and attachment can be challenging to overcome, and coming from a man, trust me on that. Finding the tools you are comfortable with makes the whole process much more manageable.
Through various life experiences and with profound respect for practices like Ho'Oponopono, Eckhart Tolle's teachings, and a deep study of Taoism, I found myself navigating a winding road in pursuit of answers. This journey led me to recognize that others might also be seeking to comprehend their shadow selves.
